Once heat settings on the shrink wrap machine are set properly, lower sealing bar onto open end of film roll to create a seal. View this youtube video for proper machine settings.
The first film seal will create a corner with the sealed side and the folded film crease. This allows users to easily slide the products into the corner of the film.
Once the ipad is inserted into the film, move the ipad approximately one half inch from the sealing bar and make the seal. After this seal is complete, there will be one more open side left to seal.
Straighten film and rotate the open side of the package to the sealing bar.
Place the open end of the film approximately one half inch from the ipad box and make the seal.
Apply heat on low setting to the film, always keep the heat gun moving to reduce film burns.
The finished package will have three sealed sides
